UPON COMMISSIONING YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING
To provide better quality and ensure that the piece is within satisfaction, an update on the progress will be provided for every 2-3 working days ( except weekends ) until completion.After finalization of the Sketch and Line Art, a 100% upfront payment is required for the new clients before proceeding with the coloring phase.All payments are non-refundable. Additional payments may be required for every additional and revisions.Clients are not allowed to use the Commissioned Art on any types of NFT, training Ai and generation of Ai. Proper lawful actions may be taken accordingly upon misuse.Standard commissions and Commercial are two separated pricings, in which clients are not allowed to use the Standard into and any types of commercializing and monetization's.Artist and Clients "personal information(s)" are to be kept in private matters; however the use of "nicknames" or "pen names" are allowed to be publicized (for proper accreditations).
